Comfort Via Discomfort

EP 031 - Imagine what's on the other side of your comfort zone w/ Peter Katz

Adam Boismier Episode 31

The Comfort Via Discomfort podcast is 1-year old! To celebrate this milestone and to honor all the guests and supporters of this show, we’re counting down the top 10 episodes from our first year.

Here is #10 with Peter Katz!

——

Peter is a traveling singer songwriter, keynote speaker, facilitator, and mentor to many young children in Canada. He's been nominated for Juno Awards (equivalent to Brit Awards or Grammy Awards) and a Canadian Screen Award, and he's been described by many as a "thunderbolt for the soul."

In this episode, Peter takes us through how everything comes down to one simple concept: seeking discomfort. From someone who watched open mic nights to doing 150-200 shows a year, from an empty calendar in 2020 due to the pandemic to transforming his apartment into a virtual studio, Peter shares how the most incredible and fulfilling things in his life have happened on the other side of his discomfort and why you should consider adopting a similar mindset.

Peter inspires me in so many ways and I’m really excited for how he can inspire you, too! Enjoy!
